Conspiracy douchebags

Sun Jan 31, 2010, 9:16 PM
OK, so the World Trade Center was destroyed by CIA agents. There is no such a thing as swine flu, and vaccination against it is just a ploy to implant microchips in people. And now I hear people echoing the Venezuelan retard Hugo Chavez, who claims that the Haiti earthquake was the result of the American Army testing a seismic weapon called the HAARP.

Now, could anybody please explain to me WHY? What's the point in killing 3000 American civilians? To start a war? Yeah, that'll work. But ultimately what was gained in this war? And microchips? What for? Control? Aren't you telling me that the people who do this control the world already? If they were as powerful as these theories say, they should be able to just appear and announce to everybody that they are atking over, plain and simple. If they haven't done that already maybe it's because they can't.

And HAARPing Haiti? Excuse me, this is going to be really rude, but, what's the use of killing hundreds of thousands of people who were most likely going to starve anyway? oh, yeah, there's oil in Haiti! The evil Americans are always after oil! Well, unless the price of oil gets considerably higher (or lower? What is it that they really want?) I'm not buying that. you see, these conspiracy theorist seem to have all their facts right, except for one little thing... motivation. exactly what is it that the evil people in charge are trying to accomplish? and, if they ARE in charge, doesn't it mean they have accomplished it already?

Some people ned a reality check. ANd a brain. AND a life.

Hello i noticed on pulptoon that you do commission work? how much do you charge?
thanks.
Dave

Hi, Dave, thanks for asking.
I'll be posting a complete price list soon in the journal, but for now I can tell you that a pinup-style piece goes for $30, plus an additional $15 per extra character, so if you want two characters it would be $45, three characters for $60 and so on. The only "catch" is that, since PainPal doesn't work where I live, payment should be sent through Western Union, so you would actually have to (gasp!) WALK to a WU office. The transaction fee is to be deducted from the payment, so the more you comission at once, the cheaper it will be for you.
Hope this helps. What would you want me to draw?:eager:

Thank,s for the info. The ones i see in pulptoons is that considered a pinup or something different? If it,s different how much do you charge for a strip like that or are they the same?Sorry if i,m confusing you.
Thanks.
Dave

The first two pieces (Unfair and Little Miss Muffet) are pinups: stand-alone illustrations. That's what goes for $45. The other ones (Tiny Store of Terror, Jungle Girls and Charlene) are strips or comics, whatever you want to call them.
Using the same criteria to bill the comics would be just crazy (what do you think Charlene would cost?) so I've assembled a kind of "package" for the strips: for $200 you get six panels and a cover. Extra panels, up to five, are $25 each. Double whammy, $400 (12 panels, two covers), and so on.
In the comics, there is no difference if you have me draw just two girls or an entire horde of ghoulies, price stays the same, otherwise it would be a pain just to value the thing. Besides, in a comic I can fudge things a little bit and, say, not do a background in a couple of panels, while a pinup is more elaborate by definition.
I guess that covers my price list but I'll publish it in the journal this weekend anyway.
Hope this info helps clear things for you. Contact me if you have something in mind, or if you have any further questions.
Thank you
Alatriste
